Getting used to the diet, it isnt that bad at all. Its really simple, so thats good for somebody like me, and who can complain with a diet that lets u eat poptarts haha :)

i gotta agree with stavios

dang, no carb/lo carbs diet i would have asked for a huge plate of pork fried rice or a loaf of garlic bread !! pop tarts... lol..

To each his own, neither garlic bread or pork fried rice do a thing for me. I have a sweet tooth, so pop tarts, cookies, donuts etc are what i CRAVE

You could resist them easier if you didn't toast them for her.  Make her eat them raw >:(
