10g of protein per kilo of bodyweight? That's ridiculous - that means I'd have to be eating over 1100 grams of protein a day! I'm lucky if I can get in 400 grams a day.

If you can do it, great, but I'm not even going to attempt that shit.

Bit dubious about the 19inch arm - not calling bullshit or anything but it does look a tad smaller.  :-\

The reason why i make these kinds of thread is that i wanted to show what happened to me thats it.
Since i saw many competitor, my body is not special thing. I know it.
But, just i wanted to know that you guys natural weightlifter can go farther than i could.
Because, i have a girlie genetic and even i could reach this level and still improving.

If I want to be bragging myself, i dont use a internet board.
And i would go a night club or party a lot.
