Interesting new study about obesity in different European countries.

It seems that the "Mediterranean diet" doesn't work that well anymore - at least not in Italy and Spain, where over 25% of the population is currently obese (BMI of 30 and over). Or maybe they don't use the Mediterranean diet anymore....

On the other hand, who would have thought that the Dutch and the Baltic states are among the least obese...

The attached shows two charts. Men on the left hand side, women on the right. The darker the country, the more obese. The bright beige countries did not provide data.

they need to take into account a lot of those countries have bodybuilders on a bulk diet

I HAVE NOT SEEN MMANY ONLYMES WALKING AROUND HERE....

italy, yes... on the beach i was kinda not wanting to take my shirt off... cause im pretty fat right now... but over half of the guys my age where pretty fat in genova... so i went ahead and took it off...

Obesity is increasing everywhere but the U.S.A are still king.
