This thing should have been settled out of court one way or another...RC really believes that he is untouchable...That hero complex of his is going to bite him in the ass...

Ronnie is already scraping for money it looks like...How long before he has those silly auto's up for sale? I give it 2 years and we will be seeing the Ronnie Coleman yard sale...

I agree with Quaker Oats 100% in his first post. Who in the hell does he think he is, some sort of famous celebrity or athlete? The dude at the very least be honored to make even his image to the mainstream. Get off your high horse Ronnie, outside of bodybuilding pt no pot one knows who the hell you are!

Is RC sueing over one of the big photos inside the gymm on the walls???? Or is he sueing over Gold's using him in an advertising campaign???

There is the "fair (non commercial) use" doctrine/exception-which would cover the pics and photos in the gym, but that would NOT apply if they are doing mailers or newsprint ads......

Gold's gym has changed hands twice since Connors and Grymko sold out. Neither set of new owners knew what the fuck they are doing.

Planet Fitness has already made mistakes.  Over 100 World Gym have gone somewhere else as has over 100 Gold's Gym.  And is RC sueing over the posters in the gym or an ad.  If its an ad in a magazine then okay he should sue.  But if its the wall posters he won't get anything.

What is they used his image in their advertising? isn't that a good basis.  Don't rememeber if it was Cutler or Dexter who sued a supplement company a about 1yr ago for using their image on their bottle.

There's a big difference between having pics on a wall and using it in an ad IF that's what they did.
