I been training for 22 years, and I competed for 11 years.Trust me in bodybuilding, genetics will make or break you.
I used to competed at 258lbs and come in hard, but I never looked as Good as Brandon Curry.Another good example Dave Palumbo, one of the most knowledgeable people I ever met in the sport, tried for atleast 10 years to become a pro.He got up to over 300lbs, would come in at 270lbs ripped to the bone.Yet he could never look as good as guys like Brandon Curry.
Dave Palumbo and I are both Italian so we have pretty good genetics and were both big men.But we are no match for a small boned African American bodybuilder withround muscle bellies.I am not saying all African American bodybuilders have better genetics, because there are rejects like Vince Goodrum.I am just saying on the average, most African American bodybuilders, have better shape and round muscle bellies then most white or Spanish bodybuilders.
Brandon Curry I heard is 25 years old, and turned pro, I dont care what you say thats genetics my friend.
I bet Brandon Curry was one of those genetically muscular kids when he was growing up, we all have seen them.I know a friend of mine named Ronnie Gatlin who had an incredable physique, who was African American, yet only did push ups.He was 180lbs solid, round delts, thick chest, 6 pack and probably 6-7% bodyfat.
IN BODYBUILDING IT COMES DOWN TO GENEITCS, THIS IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT.
Brandon Curry, has great genetics, and I dont know to many guys 25 years old that can look this good
