today i ate

250grams uncooked weight spaghetti with very large chicken breast (i guess about 200grams chickenbreast)
spaghetti: 885kcal, 29grams protein
chicken breast: 206kcal, 45grams protein
total: 1091kcal, 74grams protein

200grams "ultra fine oats" powder with 2 scoops of whey isolate (900kcal, 80grams protein)

250grams uncooked weight spaghetti with very large chicken breast (i guess about 200grams chickenbreast)
spaghetti: 885kcal, 29grams protein
chicken breast: 206kcal, 45grams protein
total: 1091kcal, 74grams protein

total of the day: 3082kcal, 228grams protein

should be something like that, assuming the chicken breasts are about 200grams

what do you think ???

That seems like a fuck-ton of "ultra fine oats" in the middle there. How do you prepare it?

No shit. And it mixes well and doesn't turn to a gelatinous sludge? Shit, I might have to get on this "powdered oats" bandwagon!

I am curious too. My wife has been cooking in coconut oil almost exclusively with a bit of olive oil.

600g of oats a day? That seems like a shitload of carbs.

And yes, I can see where that would appreciably increase the odds of a nuclear explosion in the shitter.

Just put regular oatmeal in a food processor and it grinds down to a fine powder

pretty much, not much difference

i just saw a 50% reduction on these and bought 11kg (least amount to get free shipping), it was much cheaper that way than regular oats

A dickhead nutritionist.

Poor kid.

Way too young and wayy to talented for his own good.

Trey was the first bodybuilder I ever looked up to, back in 07. He was like 21 and I was 18 or so, so comparable ages. I thought he was beyond legit.
