hi everyone! well, 2 years ago i overdid playing tennis one summer day and the inner side of both my knees hurt really bad for a couple of weeks, especially the first few days could hardly walk and hurt even to lay on my stomach on the floor and stretch my legs out.

i'm sure this was more than just overdoing it and soreness, even though i played tennis for like 6 hours that day and did not warm up and haven't played in years, anyway....

now, it's 2 years later and occassionally still get a strong ache from the inside both knees (meniscus?) , nothing like it was 2 years ago, and only very rarely perhaps like a few days every few months, but for instance for 4 days know it's been kinding of aching when i move my legs inward, when i try to squat and especially when i try to sit on my knees bended.

the thing is 2 years ago and even know both knees never swoled up and still don't, there is no bruising nor is there any sensitivity when i touch and press there? so i wonder what the problemo is?

i would think if it's was a tear, it would be constant pain/ache and it would have swollen up at least once and be sensitive to touch?

some have suggested arthritis, but no, it has to be something else because it's the same area of both knees that i screwed up 2 years ago.

before i go to a doctor i wonder if wearing a knee brace and taking joint repair products would help and heal whatever is wrong with both the inside of my knees? any comments and suggestions please!

I wouldn't screw around too long. Go see a Doc. I dodged a couple bullets a few months ago, so I know what you're going through. Cry

I agree you should probably see a doc but also, how often do you replace your athletic shoes?  My knees start to hurt when it is time for replacement....if they hurt I know I've gone too long.  Just a suggestion...hope you get it sorted out Smiley
