I'll look a lot better at my next event. I'm working with people who really know their stuff and helping me in getting as shredded as possible. I'm already at 188 pounds and I'll most likely step onstage at around 175 pounds. My legs are 500% times better, the only issue I have right now is with my lower back and hamstrings. Part of the big improvement is the recent lift on the use of 7-Keto in the INBF and I've been taking 100mg tablets which has been really melting away the fat.So see you all soon at the Mountaineer if you're coming. Its going to be a great show as Mr Morrison does everything right for the competitors and runs the best shows in North Carolina Vince Goodrum100% Natural for 7 years....No Steroids, No GH, No Clen, No Lasix, No Preservatives.

Again. Anyone surprised?
i concur. this was actually his best showing yet. i was there for pre-judging and i don't remember his legs looking that good. if he's really serious about the ppl he's got helping him, i expect an even better version. i don't know why, but i want to pull for the underdog.Team Vince G!
The lights were way too bright for the event and combined with the Pam caused a serious over-glare. Even in my rear biceps pose, you can't even see my calves well even though its my best bodypart. This time I'm bringing some Jan Tana with me so that it doesn't happen again
Vince honestly you should ask the promoter to turn OFF the lights when you pose. That is when you'll look best
Vince Goodrum simply does not diet long enough. He should add 3 - 4 months to his diet - time, and he will come in much better.
He'll also keep his current reign of finishing dead last streak going. He's like the "Parrallel Universe" Ronnie Coleman.
Did Goodrum actually enter the Mountaineer?
I was training and dieting for the show however at the time and currently, I am under house arrest as some people knew.
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Its not funny. Not only did I miss the Mountaineer but I also could not go to the Mr O this year. Its very disappointing but....what can I do???
I was training and dieting for the show however at the time and currently, I am under house arrest as some people knew. Although I would have gotten a go ahead to travel to Boone, I decided not too as I felt it would not look right to compete with an ankle bracelet on. It would have been a complete embarrassment to do something like thatI have for the most part maintained my diet and am currently at 181 pound and I will be ready for the NPC Elite Classic in November.....without the bracelet.
