yeah, for cooking, only saturated fat is okay. the unsaturated fats become toxic once you heat them too much. i personally just use non stick pans and dont use any oil or fat at all
oh, i rarely, if ever, eat eggs anymore. they contain a bit of saturated fat already, so a little extra from butter aint gonna hurt you at all.

oatmeal/whey with some chicken or some beef...or if there is some kind of left over meat proudct. but its always oatmeal + whey with some kind of meat.

Hey guys what are the best oils to cook with, from what i've been hearing canola, olive oil, ev oo, are all bad, so what the hell should I be cooking with? I started using butter? What do you guys use?
I BBQ. No need for oils or any other shit.
It basically becomes the reciprocal. Goes from real good to real bad if it's heated too high. I'm pretty careful when I cook with it.
