We were watching "The cost of redemption" and he said "No way, its a lie that he eats so small amounts all day!"
What do you guys think?

nah, if anything he probably eats LESS off season, i remember on the Unbelieveable he was pre contest and his meals were HUGE, a whole plate piled 6 inches high with chicken tenders a few times a day.

Yeah, off-season is when the metabolism slows down.  You're not trying to burn calories anymore, plus with more fat in his diet it will digest slower.

Grits w/ Cheese and two cups of egg whites
Black eyed pea: two chicken breasts, beans, corn, cornbread
black eyed pea:  "   "
Outback, two fillets, baked potato, french fries "real fries, not that baked stuff" ;)
just not good enough

i remember an old article in Flex when Ronnie and some other pros went to Russia for one of the Grand Prix shows Ronnie was shaking his head at how often Kris Dim was eating, he said he doesn't eat anywhere near as often as him.

But not without at least 40 gallons of Masterpiece BBQ sauce a month lol

That company should seriously sponsor Ronnie... a brother loves his Masterpiece BBQ sauce. All hail the G.O.A.T!!

This is what seems to be happening, Pros will claim to eat little in the oof-season and claim to eat a lot while dieting, they lie plain and simple. The reality is they eat like elephants in the off season and they eat like infants for shows. If you are under endorsment contract with a supplement line you can't say you eat 12 000 calories because then the food takes the credit and not the supplement. While dieting you get cut practicly starving yourself, but then again the dietary supplements don'ty take credit, so they eat 10 carb meals, ya right.

when you are high you eat mostly shit and not anything decent. Twinkies and Twix bars = easy to eat but I doubt a pro would eat 2-3,000 cals of just sugar and fat a day. Eating the remainder in chicken and rice, and post workout shit would be hard. Wouldn't add up to "12,000"

Probaby 8,000 at most and these are the dudes that don't care.

Ronnie mentions in one of his later videos (I believe it was Relentless) that Mits went to sleep before he ate his later meals.
