why six weeks, why not the next time you train legs? it's always the same thing, "give me some time to gain 30 pounds of muscle and 200 pounds on my squat and i'll post a video in 2 years"
Do you have even a
limited understanding of how strength training works? I am a powerlifter. I do not train legs; I train movements. My sessions are not mindless pumping with randomly-chosen resistance. For instance, this week I am off (last week, in the final session of that program cycle, I performed five paused reps with 435,
easy). Next Wednesday I begin the three-week cycle again and will be in the low 400s for the paused fives. Would you like to see that, or the 455 two weeks after that?
I weigh 270 on the nose as of yesterday and likely won't be more than another one or two pounds by the 455.
