Usually at that age people usually are resigned to the idea that you are suppose to grow a gut and drift off slowly into death.

People say "oh he looks good for his age"
or "he looks good for 40"

Haz looks just as good (if not better!) than when he was in his 20's!

I'm turning 40 in less than a month. I've never felt better or stronger. What's 40?

Totally agree. I wish I would have done things different in my 20s with training. More like I do now. Here is a picture. I just won the super heavyweight class of the Masters Nationals two weeks ago and currently getting ready for the North America.

Sure you can althiough you won't believe me I am sure. I take absolutely nothing in the off season. Haven't for about 5 years now. I only jump on 8 weeks out from a contest. I diet clean for the first 8 weeks. My cycle consists of some tren, masteron and anavar. I think the total was 600 mgs a week for this show. That is it. I bust my ass in the gym and my diet is clean all year around. It isn't always about drugs. They do add the finishing touches. I won't deny that.

I dont believe you no, but my opinion shouldnt mean shit to you, you still looked good on stage, you have nothing to prove.

I will take you not believing me as a compliment because that is it. I don't know why you guys think it takes boatloads of shit to build a half decent physique. I have been training for 25 years and eat better then most people. You would be amazed at what you can do with training and diet alone.

the second is of the same show/same day (Laura took it)
