Oh and JV, ....Pat will be the first to admit that his calves and legs were never as big as he liked. He used to make his worlout partners puke while working legs. I remember seeing it as a boy and it would freak me out. ....Seeing grown men cry and throw up in the gym. Believe me, ...if his genetics would have alowed him, ...his legs would have been HUGE, due to the fact that he would work them so hard. They used to do as many reps with 225 and then 315 as they could until they would give out. I didn't understand, ....until I tried working legs with him. lol ..............I haven't worked legs since. Hahaha
