Craig you have an absolutely tremendous physique. Brush these haters off. At 20 years old you have a more prestigous bodybuilding career, and physique, than 95% of competitive bodybuilders will EVER attain in their lifetime. Props. CHEVEN/Craig was alright. He's bigger and more accomplished in BBing than any of the people here that were calling him names.

As for forearm size, it's overrated. Just get them to the point where they compliment your upperarms in all poses. A big brachioradialis compliments the upperarms in a side chest, for example.
