Maybe it has a lot to do with the exhibitionism of the sport he came from, pro wrestling, maybe he was stoked after dominating Heath, but I would have been infinitely more impressed with him if he had shown the type of class that Florian and GSP showed.
He showed a lot of improvement, A LOT of improvement. He showed much more potent striking in only his very first punch, and I for one almost thought that Herring was actually going to fly out of the ring like a bad boxing movie or a cartoon, just for a second, yeah... he hits that hard. Then Herring got to look up from the punch to see Lesnar running toward him with HIS HEAD LOWERED like a damn rhino at him, and had to almost piss his pants. I knew the fight was over right them.
Brock took him down at will. Double leg, single leg, whatever he felt like. His jujitsu needs a lot of work. He could have actually finished the fight if he knew how to get hooks in and flatten someone out. The problem there is that his arm might actually be too big to fit under someones chin to get a choke.
All in all, I was very impressed with his performance and think he will become a huge force very quickly. Now if only Sable can get him to be a little more humble in victory and not taunt everyone.
