With the whole "calorie is a calorie" theory, TA will make minimal (if any) improvements  on his emaciated looking physique....

Here is what I ate yesterday, August 12, 2008.

The cream, Light Brown Sugar etc....All went into Thomas Jefferson`s Sweet Potato Biscuits.

The perfect food.

Thomas Jefferson's sweet potato biscuits


MAKES 24 BISCUITS
5 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup packed light brown sugar

2 tablespoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1 cup vegetable shortening

1 15 ounces mashed/ pureed sweet potatoes

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger and allspice. Add shortening and cut in with knives until crumbly.

Add sweet potatoes and mix well with wooden spoon. Add cream and pecans; stir just until moistened. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Roll out dough to 1½ inches thick. Cut out biscuits with 2-inch floured biscuit cutter.

Place biscuits 1 inch apart on un-greased baking sheets. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or let cool on a wire rack until room temperature.

Note: This biscuit dough freezes beautifully unbaked. Just layer dough between waxed paper and store for up to 3 months. Simply defrost dough and follow baking directions.

You guys (not you Jaejonna) just are heard headed when it come to bodybuilding dogma.

Here is what I ate on August 11, 2008.

That included 2 servings of Rachel Ray`s Devilish Sesame Chicken with Green Beans and Scallion Rice. I used CousCous instead as it soaks up the flavors better.



 
 
   3 tablespoons vegetable oil
   1 cup white rice
   2 cups chicken broth
   Salt
   1/2 pound green beans
   1 pound chicken breast, chicken cutlets or chicken tenders, thinly sliced
   1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    3 tablespoons tamari (dark soy sauce)
   3 tablespoons honey
   1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
   1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
   2 teaspoons sesame oil
   1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
   2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  
 
 


 

1. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, 1 turn of the pan, over medium-high heat. Add the rice; toast, stirring, for a minute or two. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, lower the heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 17 minutes.
2. In a medium skillet, bring enough water to reach a depth of 1 inch to a boil, salt it, add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil, 2 turns of the pan, over high heat until rippling. Add the chicken and cook until golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the red pepper and cook until just softened, 3 minutes. Add the green beans and cook, tossing, for 1 minute.
4. In a bowl, mix together the tamari, honey, hot sauce, mustard and remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables; toss. Drizzle the sesame oil over the chickenal.
5. Stir the scallions into the rice and fluff with a fork. Serve the chicken over the rice and top with the sesame seeds. and pepper. Cover to keep warm.

Actually, that just looks like a normal, non-mundane, healthy and well rounded diet.

Thanks i appreciate your opinion. Muscular can be backed up through photos.

Being shredded is simplay a matter of diet. Right at this minute i am eating 5 rounds of wholemeal bread and a massive steak. I am not dieting  like he is

People really have a misconception about food.  All foods can be implemented and "good" for you.  I use Full Butter, Full Fat Cream even.
