poor analogy

There is more to lose by trying to be too inventive too creative too obscure in your approach. 99.9 times basic is best.

Do basic exercises and worry less about isolations exercises you will build a better physique.
Same cam e be said for teh diet.

A PT friend of mine has made a basic diet for his clients with no special or extraordinary foods or portions etc and each and everyone has shed lbs upon lbs of fat

TA, you're not still sticking to the "I can eat whatever I want and as much as I want & still get ripped" notion are you?
I never said "as much as I want".

But I do eat whatever I want to fill my needs.

Indeed.

People really have a misconception about food.  All foods can be implemented and "good" for you.  I use Full Butter, Full Fat Cream even.

So something loaded with High Fructose Corn Syrup can be "good" for you?

So you're not really advocating anything novel.  It's just the old low calorie nonsense.  No different than Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig,  etc.

Depends on the food and your nutritional needs.  Corn Syrup itself is not evil or bad or will make you die.

You idiots are in more a danger to yourselves by not eating fruits.

The lot of you are terrified of eating 3-5 fruits a day for no reason whatsoever.  You tell me who is destroying themselves?

I`m not "advocating" anything.  I could care less what you or anyone else eats.  But know that I will smirk and laugh at you if you avoid a food or are scared to eat a food.  That just tells me one to all of four things.  One, you have no clue about nutrition. Two, you are paranoid.  Three, you are not intelligent enough to incorporate your wants with your needs.  Four, you are ignorant to culinary arts.

Go ahead and eschew your fruits and food.  Convince yourself that you are happy eating rubbish from a dumpster when you could be getting the same result with something you can embrace and enjoy.

I do understand the convenience argument and that is fine.  I choose to take longer to prepare what I enjoy as I see food as a function able art to be enjoyed.  If I were a dog, I would probably feel differently.

I eat fruit every day.  Love it with greek yogurt & hemp granola...yum.  BTW, without googling it, do you know the difference between corn syrup & HFCS?

Do you think that the ratio of protein / carbs / fat is completely irrelevant?
In my experience, it's much less relevant than assumed, but still relevant.

Can you tell me the difference between 100 calories of corn syrup and 100 calories of HFCS and the advantages and or disadvantages of either?

I bet you cannot.

Chuckle....he's right you know folks.  People like Dogcrapp have went around preaching about eating 600 grams of protein a day and avoiding all carbohydrates so they can sell more protein powder.

So Adonis can be smug, an asshole, and unapologetic, but that doesn't mean he's wrong about nutrition.  He's talked the talk and walked the walk in my opinion.

Pictures don't lie and he looks great.  He shall walk away with the Mr Getbig crown very easily.

How much do you want to bet?

You`ll come to find that the product from each, once broken down in the blood stream is exactly the same.  So I await the Pros and Cons of 100 calories of each to which you won`t be able to find.

Its relevant depending on your activities or goal.  For instance, you wouldn`t expect Michael Phelps lets say to eat a High Protein, Low carb, Low fat diet.

Yea I imagine he gets like 700g carbs, 200g fat, 100g protein.

Your words ring true.

But don't let limiting premises shackle your efforts for progress.
