Yes! Burn2live is one of those freaks that is just fucking strong at deadlifting. One of the guys I train with is like that. I've seen him pull 600+ relatively easy. The only bad thing is he's managed to fuck both knees up pretty badly through the years and he can't squat for shit. I think the most I've ever seen him squat is 405 x 1.

if you hit a 660 pound pull weighing under 240 less than two years into your training and no drug help, that legitimately places you within the top 0.001% of lifters. ride that train to the end of the rails, my main, do a drug tested meet and set yourself in Da Books.
Thanks man, ideally I deadlift 700lbs come November, but 660 is my first target

Yes! Burn2live is one of those freaks that is just fucking strong at deadlifting. lol. Thanks man. My bench fucking SUCKS though. Along with the deadlift I would like a 500lb squat, which I think is achievable at the worlds and I would be overjoyed if I managed a 350lb bench this year, but I'll admit that's unlikely. ps, you're a fucking beast yourself

Also, except for a few, you wont find an outstanding deadlifter who also has an outstanding bench press. Keep plugging away, and maximize it though! Jason

Kazmaier was one of those rare freaks with a big bench and a big pull, 661/886.

Agreed. I seem to remember George Brink is one of those incredible deadlifters whose bench doesn't quite match it...doesn't he bench in the mid 400s yet DLs twice that much?

Thanks man. Yeh, I'm working my ass off on my bench. I don't ever intend to give up on it. My arms aren't exceptionally long, though they're not short either! Unlike a lot of guys, I'm not the type you'd look at and immediately think, fuck he has long arms. lol On the freaks with a big pull and press, Lamar Grant also had a pretty decent bench despite his freak-like deadlift?

ive never trained with kyle or dave but they both are more than helpful when i have a question or need anything. When i tore my bicep i went to kyle and he gave me some real good advice since he pretty much did the exact same thing to his arm a few years earlier. The 2 of them are the nicest most helpful people one could ever run across
