My full blown offseason was 224lbs, those pics from the show last year i was 185, so think with the extra size i gained i should hit the stage at 185-190lbs with more size then last time- just gotta get the BF down.

I don't usually go up that much in the offseason but i'm working with MuscleTech on a before and after transformation for their 6Star line. Wanted to make the change as extreme as possible

lol well i'm livin proof that they don't, think the only thing they can adjust is your skin tone a bit i mean my after shots will be right after the show with pro tan on. I just gotta try and be the best transformation of the crop- cross my fingers the publishers pick me, i know everyone bashes MuscleTech but i have nothing but good things to say- been treated very well, proud to be on their team

I said it before and i'll say it again: i know everyone who see's my pics says gh gut bigtime, but to be honest i've never touched it yet, probibly cause i can't afford 2 lol

I don't expect anyone to believe me but i've only done 2 basic bulk and 2 basic cutting cycles in my 12 years of training.
