That's the one thing that makes me a bit skeptical, but I really hope he is. Yeah, he seems like a nice fellow. 'In the trenches" videos he comments that he knows that he'll get killed if he wins the TU and becomes a pro and competes against steroid users.

He's down to about 7 grams of fat a day in his diet.

MattT has more muscle on him but lacks condition in certain areas.

And these pics are still three weeks out. He has comparison photos of the years before and he's leaner in these than in previous years at the same time.

Also, why do these guys take in such inordinate amounts of protein?

and he has a thread on MD as well as on here ( but that one isn't updated really). Barely does any cardio and takes in protein and carbs pre-during-post.
