one cheat meal a week
i like whole meals in the morning due to wrkout being around that same time. will take some winny, but rather work with eca.... it seems to give me a better sense of well being, tried clen and t3 but rather go with the eca. if your looking to lose weight fast the diet will cut 10lbs in a week or two, of course its water but w/ some fat also. winny works best for the low digits bf% folks. so what your bf% is what i would work off first..
