dorian's arms werent that small.... his triceps being 2/3 of his upper arm were not weak....

it was his biceps that were weak .... and not that weak to take away from the overall size "measurement" of his arms....

did dorian have small arms?... no..... did dorians arms look good in a biceps pose/contracting the biceps?...no
