Nothing frightening for me.

400lbs squats for reps

440 for a single, spotted a 420 and guy just fell into it leaving me to pull him up with his disgusting sweaty hairy body touchinging mine

390lb bench.

Worst thing is I worry more over 275lb negatives as i have to pull them up than the strong dude who would not be attempting 390 unless he was capable

So bad like all she is known for is being a milf...in time she will realise its just like highschool again...young and pretty=success

i always ask whoever im gonna spot how many reps they are going for
and i make it very clear if you cant do one rep on your own the bar is staying on your chest
once i saw a guy do 12 reps with 315 his pal pulling the weight off him from rep one... i kindly asked to spot him the next set.....
he didnt even get one rep and i left the bar on his chest for 10 seconds.. askin him whats wrong you just did 12 reps.. then i deadlifted it off him.

455 bench. Dude was/is one of those guys into 'strongman' events. Guy is huge and looks awful but man can he put up some good numbers.

/saw him yesterday. i went in to do arms and he was just doing biceps. he was still doing them when i left 55 mins later!!

I tell guys straight out that I can't spot 'em...can;'t risk injury specially wioth the guys who go way heavy and want you to do reps 'with' them

yeah they get pissed, and I am sure they get over it

I haven't spotted that many heavy weights - probably a 400lb bench press is the highest I can think of right now.

I spotted a 450+ pound bench before - it was a little scary because I was super tired & felt like shit at the time.
