Bad pic but they don't look small. I bet that if he is supping the creatine and measuring pumped , with the highish bodyfat (by thongman standards), that they are 19.5. I don't have any problem accepting that.

Have you ever seen a 19 inch plus LEAN arm in real life before?Not in magazines where they claim to be in the 20s but are NOT!!
If so you will kno at that size with no fat and lots of seperation the arm appears alot bigger..

This guy is carrying bodyfat higher than 15 % ,prob more so of course a fat 19 inch arm will look nothing like a cut 19 inch.doesnt mean his arm isnt 19+.

Actually dumbass as a teen i was fortunate enough to train with guys with lean 19 and 20s who placed in the Universe and was backstage with Robinson, Schwarzenegger, Ferrigno, etc. you idiot hahahaaha
