It was the last National qualifier of the year so everyone and their mother was there. David won the over 40 (my class) and the dude who won the LtHvy in the open (the other class I was it) was actually a pro and was in the Night Of Champions when it was still around and a 5 time World Champion. I think someone said there were more competitors than in the Nationals, there was over 250.

One of my mates is only 18, 62kg over 3x bw deadlift, 1.6 b/w bench, 2x bw squat for reps, nearly chinsa nd dips 2xbw...he has puffy nipples. I think its co shis age he is still very yound and so so so lean.

He is 62kg and can easily chin with 50kg attached.

62kg is around 137lbs. Anotehr friend of my can do legitimate 1 arm chins and rep 2xbw

Another guy can also almost do a 1 arm chin. Gets the top of his head to bar level. He is also 18
