Only because you keep mentioning it, what is Nasser's estimate wealth, real wealth, how does he support himself post bodybuilding, keeping in mind that most property especially in the San Diego area has been devalued , not hating on the guy. I realise he was a successful bodybuilder and much sought after guest poser in his day, but not to many of the guys from the pros make the transition from pro bodybuilder to successful businessman, with the wealth they accumulated in their pro days. Lets face it, it costs more to look like a pro, than what you can earn as a pro, for 95% of the guys in the pro division, i realise Nasser is from the other 5% but that doesn't always guarantee retirement type wealth, look at Cormier, Wheeler, Dillet, Matarazo to name a few.
If Nasser did not accumulate wealth then how would he afford to retire comfortably in San Diego? He has his own house, a condo in Egypt, a Benz, commercial real estate, a $70,000 dog, and spends quite comfortably. You noted that it costs a lot for pro bodybuilders to maintain their pro size, which is true, and Nasser is still 300+ lbs, as the 2008 pic below (with Bob Chick) shows Nasser has not lost much size since his competitive days. So now add the fact that Nasser must spend a lot even in retirement to maintain that size as well as his comfortable lifestyle. Combine that with the fact that he does not work and then ask yourself how can he
not have accumulated plenty of wealth?
The expert Tony Doherty previously posted about how Nasser was smart with his money and would save it or spend wisely as opposed to blowing it on expense cars and what not like Flex Wheeler,
Also posting a pic of his mansion which he sold before the drop in real estate values and made a killing on it!
