Okay, so about a week ago I made the following lift claims - dumbbell presses with 120lbs for 10 reps, incline barbell presses with 315lbs for 8 reps and 465lb squats. Quakeroats called BS - understandably of course.
So I'm in the gym today and it's delts and triceps and I decide to take a video of me doing said dumbbell presses with the 120s. Just to show I don't lie about my lifts. The footage was filmed at the world famous Temple Gym in Birmingham - Dorian's place.

This is the thing ---> you could drop that weight by 10 pounds, pump them out in pure style, for many more reps and you'd still be 5-10 pounds better than the next schmuck on this thread (all respect to those that can lift as much)...
