Anybody who says the plates should touch the shoulders on dumbell press' is a complete and utter MORON with no lifting experience or knowledge what so ever....those were 100% clean reps

Okay, so about a week ago I made the following lift claims - dumbbell presses with 120lbs for 10 reps, incline barbell presses with 315lbs for 8 reps and 465lb squats. Quakeroats called BS -  understandably of course.

So I'm in the gym today and it's delts and triceps and I decide to take a video of me doing said dumbbell presses with the 120s. Just to show I don't lie about my lifts. The footage was filmed at the world famous Temple Gym in Birmingham - Dorian's place.

good stuff man, you proved me wrong on the db presses, i apologize, you were right on that specific lift, couple of points though, they were 3/4 reps and you had help on the last 4, otherwise good stuff, when can we expect the 315 barbell incline vid?
