FOR QUAKEROATS - VIDEO PROOF OF LIFT CLAIM (Part 1)

Okay, so about a week ago I made the following lift claims - dumbbell presses with 120lbs for 10 reps, incline barbell presses with 315lbs for 8 reps and 465lb squats. Quakeroats called BS -  understandably of course.

So I'm in the gym today and it's delts and triceps and I decide to take a video of me doing said dumbbell presses with the 120s. Just to show I don't lie about my lifts. The footage was filmed at the world famous Temple Gym in Birmingham - Dorian's place.

good stuff man, you proved me wrong on the db presses, i apologize, you were right on that specific lift, couple of points though, they were 3/4 reps and you had help on the last 4, otherwise good stuff, when can we expect the 315 barbell incline vid?

not really. when i was 18 and natural i could use the 120s on shoulder press, i was doing 315x 6 or so on the bench around the same time i think.

Yeah, and when I was 15, totally natural, I was  benching 450 for reps.  And I weighed 140 lbs.   ;D

i dropped out of school at 15 and bodybuilding was literally my life till i was 20. my younger brother has preety much identical lifts as me. im polish, like mariusz, we are all strong.

ill see if i got some old ones. i havent set foot in a gym in over a year.
the other day i did a 30 rep set of squats with 80lbs and almost died.  im gonna start working out again here soon.

Good lifting. Squad calls 3/4 reps, but for shoulders, I think you're going as far down as you safely should. Keep up the good work.

Squad-STFU you fat 5'3 350# slob.

 ALL of those reps were clean-ALL OF THEM.


PLUS, those were more SHOULDER presses than incline presses, if he lowered that incline to 35-45 degrees he would be hitting 135#'s.
