Has anyone tried training ARMS, LATS and DELTS only?
This way all recuperation and energy can be devoted to only the widening muscle groups of upper body and arm size alone. Utmost athletic build should be achievable, even as a natural.
I find it hard with day of back, leg, arm, shoulder, chest to uphold a high enough frequency. This rotation alone takes 4 to 5 days with no rest day. If cutting out back day , chest day , legs day , one might be able to do a 2 to 3 day rotation even. And sometimes have a day of not lifting at all. This way enormous Shoulders, Arms and Lats should be attainable, what does the getbig experts say?
