i have alot of trouble getting cut cause i cannot cut calories because im on my feet all day working, its pointless to diet and work at a fast pace because you simply cannot work effieciently on low cals because you are hungry you cannot work and be hungry youll be dragging ass so f' that

my best advice is to just dehydrate before a show w/o dieting youll lose 20 pounds or so in weight and look ripped i used to do it all the time b4 the beach

i was dehydrated here but actually look BIGGER because dehydration means deeper cuts

no i dont think BB is a sport, oild up men is more of a show then a sport. But of course i think the pros does do in genereal a good "job", cant take that away from them.
