I think his wife at the time left him too and stayed in cal. He was a real rat. If he showed up in the area these days he may be safe because the old crew has long left. Jack used to bulk up to insane bodyweights and then cut up to contest shape as a light heavy from what I recall. Everybody used to laugh at how much muscle he would lose. I remember when he was training for the 93 USA that Cormier won. Jack was telling everybody in Golds including me these exact words," I dont see how anybody can possibly beat me" And then he didnt even make the night show cut. A few months later Jack got into his deep shit with his ratting out. And he got his ass beaten up by a hard ass boston bodybuilder named Butch Perry. Butch was another aspiring Golds Venice amateur too. But Butch was a real shady dude that put the beating down hard on Jack. It wasnt long after that Jack left town for good. Chic is correct in saying he doesnt know about Jack because Chic was not around in venice in the early 90's.
