Your very welcome LU! Normally I would not place a video link here on these boards, but I thought this one was an important one for all to see. I know how seriously the regulars here take there training, and this is some great info from one of the all time greats.

YEAH, DORIAN AND MARK ARE ONE OF MY FAVOURITE ATHLETES OF ALL TIME, I REMEMBER THAT I USED TO TRAIN ALLMOST ALLWAYS LIKE JAY, BUT AFTER A LOOONG WHILE I FELT REALLY OVERTRAINED SO WHEN I SWITCH AROUND MENTZER/YATES/DUGDALE TO CUTLER/PRIEST METHODS I GET ALL THE BENEFITS.
