He doesnt have a 36 inch waist and 1/2 inch thick skin like jay - so he will get screwed at Olympia

You're out of your mind if you think Cutler's waist is only 36 inches.

probably so but his chest/back is probably right around 60 so 38-40 doesn't look that bad on him, Rockel's is probably every bit of 35 inches.

I Would say no more then 31inch in that photo.
