Jay's BDB this year should prove he is not worthy Mr. O material

2- I cant even see his lower back detail due to so many wrinkles and is so smooth
3-conditioning sucks, usually his hams are ripped, he looks 20% worse than last year

in 2006 his rear double bi was one of the best ever (he beat Ronnie on that pose, which was considered impossible)

I have no idea what he is doing wrong with his training since then.

everything gets smaller but the midsections at 260 which makes it look bigger and everything else gets magnified to look smaller....

the midsection was sacrificed for the size and there is no turning back. he should have known that by now.

jay never had a strong back … so I still don’t get it how all the “Experts” say his back double bi is the best … I mean is that what you settle for after Ronnie and dorian???i was even shocked when I saw his name in the best back of all time in Flex mag … his back definitely improved … but no way he has the best back … people who say jay has the best back … do they consider victor, david henry, joel, Mlevin and for that matter even Phil who has a very impressive back even though he is narrow but a good back does mean you only have to be wide … the details, shape and condition on phil is way ahead and better than jay

Jay looks like he lost 8-10lbs of pure muscle mass since 2006. His lats and traps especially look smaller. I think he was hungry until he beat Ronnie. Since then he has been just going through the motions. He lost the fire.

Jay also looked to not be fully spreading his lats during the double bicep poses this year either. His back looked big just standing there but when he flexed something was off.

Even during the show, the back that imediately caught the eye was Jay's, it was just too big.

people might pick him apart standing alone cause he dosent have the best shape, but next to the competition he is far more developed.

He was off at the pre judging but that photo going around with Dex getting owned be the two nobodies would not be the case with Jay.
