you know I dont mind if a guy comes on here at 19 years old and asks for constructive criticism or help with lifting or diet.  Or if they have a great build and can back up their talk.  But for this donkey to come on here and shit talk right off the hop with absolutely NO muscle is ridiculous.  He wants people to respect him yet shows none to anyone else and has no muscle to back it up.  And to top it off he's stupid.  Who in their right mind believes measurements get smaller as a person gets taller. Its like stating the circumfrence of a tree gets smaller as it gets taller.  And he wonders why he gets zero respect.

how is your conditioning?

right now i am way off slightly heavier than the first getbig but fatter  >:( im looking for some motivation the next two weeks of final preperations to atleast be 'even' with my getbig I and II placings for a spectacular solid fourth place finish baby!!!


i would like to match this conditioning again or better it but i am far off right now but i have made drastic improvements in a short period of time in the past, these hoes are giving me a run for my money one minute they like the falcon the next min they play master mind games , then i switch up the hoe, then an ex hoe will holla and get back into the groove until she plays head games endless cycle of bs is wearing me out, but like i said im lacking falcon power at the moment

It shouldn`t be a struggle for anybody.  I have put on muscle at your average Natural rate I`d say.  1-2 lbs a year or so now from the initial gain when I first started.  It is slow for sure, but there is no secret to maximizing gains.  There is nothing one can do naturally to make a dramatic jump once you have been lifting for some years.

Where people go wrong is that they follow dogmatic myth.  They look to one single way and think it HAS to be done that way.  They fail to realize the TONS of people that fail doing it and only focus on the ones who happen to get it correct even though the same method for success and failure was implemented.

I will tell you here and now, that I have it correct and I know why I have it so.  In my diet and workouts I have no guessing and no need for trial and error with the hopes of attaining an elusive goal.  I find people are controlled by what I call Nutritionism and Diet Dogma.  They eat with their blinders on and punish themselves into success and failure alike.  Would it not be better to get it right every time and with ease?

"Whatever" is differerent to "10 cheeseburgers".

I'm no ones apprentice. I tried a lot of different diets and seem to have come to pretty much the same conclusions as TA, that's all. In fact, my goal was not so much the perfection of the diet, I just got tired of eating horse grub in tiny portions. Funny enough, not only did it make no difference, it came out to be the best cutting diet I ever made.

You said it.  He tries to make it sound like he has some new way of training and dieting and the guys on here who believe are the same guys who go out and buy all the stupid supplements and believe in Santa Claus.  He tries to sound smarter than the experts but he fails at that big time.  He is very entertaining though.  And he is ripped.  But that might be cause he lacks the funds to buy enough food.  Kind of a twist on the Concentration Camp Diet
