Dorian 95' Would Have Won The 2008 Olympia.

  This is following the tradition I established last year. I made a thread about how Dorian in his 1995 Olympia shape would win the 2007 Olympia, and this holds true for this year's Olympia as wellwww.youtube.com/watch?v=QY2MzE4xdJ4. Dexter Jackson wouldn't even be compared to Dorian because he would have 30 lbs of muscle on Dexter with even superior conditoning, and the runner-up would be several pounds lighter than him while simultaneously being much softer and less proportional.

Let's say for the sake of discussion that Dorian carried 40 lbs more of muscle. In this case, Dexter would need to be 8" and not only 4" shorter than Dorian to be carrying as much muscle for his height as Dorian did.

You can't use simple ratio adjustments. Dexter is shorter, but also has superior muscle bellies giving the illusion of more size. He would look bigger than a 1995 Dorian no doubt. The disparity in arms would be greater than the disparity in calves. Dorian would have the better back, but Dex would look as just as big, and roughly of the same width.

In this era of insulin-inflation physiques, we tend to forget just how much bigger physiques have gotten. You've made that mistake, son.

You aren't worth responding to, but I'll go anyway.  You are the one who shouts from the rooftops about how wonderful Dorian and Jay are.  Dorian and Jay are impressive bodybuilders in the overall scene of pro bodybuilding, but they are severely lacking in different areas.  I could go on and explain where and why, but that's been done many times before.  Kevin should have defeated Dorian.  Shawn should have defeated Dorian.  Nasser should have won in 97.  You do not win the Mr. Olympia with a torn bicep muscle, plain and simple.

Jay is a block.  End of discussion. Why do you constantly sing Jay's praises and announce him as the winner of the 2008 Olympia before he ever sets foot on stage?  Why do you say Dorian could have won this year's Olympia? HE HAD A TORN BICEP!  This DQ's him from consideration.  It should have back then and it certainly would today.  Bodybuilding fans aren't going to accept guys with torn muscles, spotty conditioning and bad aesthetics winning the top prize in bodybuilding anymore.

The days of the mass monster are over.  Move on Sucky.  Dexter is the 2008 Mr. Olympia and received a standing ovation upon becoming the champion.  The getbig consensus is that the right man won the show, and even if Dex wouldn't have won, Jay should not have been near the top spot.
