how to get my dad to exercise????

ok, here is the thing, my dad got his blood work done a few days ago and his cholesterol and trigliceridos(dont know how to spell it in english!) are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAY off... the doctor told him to eat healthy and exersice.. but he doesnt... so HOW THE FUCK CAN I MAKE HIM EXERSICE?????
the doctor said that he has something like engine oil instead of blood hahaha

last night he ordered 2 pizzas from pizza hut and i rushed and ate most of them with my brother, so he only had 2 pieces, but it sucks that he is not taking care of himself...

old timers! how can i make my dad exersice and eat better!!!!

hahaha the thing is that he had a bad time while he was growing up, he used to sell papers in the street while he was a kid and supported his family... and was really poor... but he worked his ass off and had some good luck and now owns various companies and we do pretty fucking well

he told me he already fasted enough when he was a kid....

2 years ago, my dad was having back/knee/rotator surgery following an accident, dealing with a benign brain tumor, and spending 22 hours a day in his room depressed.  I had a son and it changed his life forever.  He now exercises, runs a small business, and they're actually becoming foster parents.  Having a little rugrat around totally brightened him up, gave him a reason to be.

I'd say you impregnate a girl and give him a grandson.

My Best Friend's Dad was out of shape and his two buddies made him a bet that they could lose more weight than him and the losers had to pay for the winner for a trip to mexico. They would phone him telling him how much weight they were losing which spurred him on even more.

Turns out they werent losing a pound, they just wanted to see him get healthier and were gonna take him to mexico anyways lol. He lost like 35 pounds.

Smack him with a stick and let him chase you around for awhile....do this until he catches you, then you'll know he's in good enough shape.
