very friendly people nice people....very kind
the gyms are crazy great equipment i was like a kid in a candy store trained in a couple of gyms
lot of big guys in miami but i cant say ive seen any guys with a balanced phsyque alwys massive arms or a massive chest but yeah saw a few big guys
also the impression i got is that anyone with a good build uses
lotta guys even a gym owner asked me if im using and what... people kept askin me who i play for
people in miami are also very body concious... take care of them selves.... 90% of the people especially women i saw were fit and in shape..and looking great... i'd love to live in miami great food fit people hot great people..

one gym i went to in miami south beach has a swimming pool a beach... jacuzzi steam room sauna salon
i was like damn
4 camber bars...
12 different handles for cable pressdowns...
couldnt believe it... i trained  3 hrs in that gym.... i was like a kid in a candy store...
the dumbells dont go that heavy though heaviest one i saw was 130....
and not a lot of people go really heavy as far as i could see..
but heavy is relative
but i'm sayin ... id move to miami just for the gyms....

Think about this, for all that equipment they had, and your gym lacked, people were still impressed by your physique. I believe all that stuff is fine and dandy, but I would prefer to workout in a gym like Ronnie's. Your money goes to all the extras....

You don't need a whole bunch of equipment.  How much equipment you need for chest, for arms, for legs, back. How many people do see on the cable crossovers who don't have a chest. It's all those machines i'm talking about.

Plus i like places that people turn their nose up at---it means less people in the way...You make it so it everything is there (like a fucking theatre room), everybody's there....
