Derek - What cycle would you recommend for a first time user. What kind of diet would you prescribe and what training split would you use?

well my first cycle way back when was dball and test suspension i put on water weight but my soaked it in like a sponge. first cycle is always the strongest so pick and choose wisely.
diet keep clean 6 days a week like i do i eat healthy and then say sunday i have two cheat meals pizza pasta etc...big italian feast. then start again diet on monday and usually my best training day is monday. getting all those carbs.
i follow daves maintenence diet. high protein medium fat low carbs.... works great im lean year round with practically no gear. im healthy i look and feel great now.
i concentrate more on diet number one the best smart training two , sups and gear last. i want to live and have no major problems with my organs even though i had some liver problems when i was on a lotttt of shit. not to mention cause i abused i had to get hair restoration, gyno surgery all before 25 years old. sucks but i knew what i was getting into
