That's alot of mileage, I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio per day lately......how does that equate? 
I'm usually doing 5-6 miles a day, which means you will be a big mofo and I shall remain my normal cornerback (roughly) size. Lol
Your cardio seems like plenty for your goals, at least the last time we talked. My favorite cardio workouts are intervals though. HR is much higher but even 20-30 seconds rest in between intervals lets me recover for the next round and BF levels are good.
No shit...Cap, you say that you have not lost any size? how do you alter your weight training around that kind of mileage?
I eat like an animal, literally. Always fucking eating. I have not lost any size and although I haven't really gained any weight I am more defined which makes me think I lost some fat and maybe replaced it with a little muscle, I guess an even trade if you will. I always lift first and then run immediately after, sometimes later in the day and there is my "long run" day where I do a long, mostly hill run of 8-9 miles.
