Chaos, yeah, not my first choice but it's the prep I need to do for the future career. I haven't lost any muscle or weight, but certainly haven't gained any.

That's alot of mileage, I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio per day lately......how does that equate?

I'm usually doing 5-6 miles a day, which means you will be a big mofo and I shall remain my normal cornerback (roughly) size. Lol

Your cardio seems like plenty for your goals, at least the last time we talked. My favorite cardio workouts are intervals though. HR is much higher but even 20-30 seconds rest in between intervals lets me recover for the next round and BF levels are good.

I eat like an animal, literally. Always fucking eating. I have not lost any size and although I haven't really gained any weight I am more defined which makes me think I lost some fat and maybe replaced it with a little muscle, I guess an even trade if you will. I always lift first and then run immediately after, sometimes later in the day and there is my "long run" day where I do a long, mostly hill run of 8-9 miles.

when i was doing 30+ miles per week, i could not get over 170-175 no matter what i was eating and i was eating a shitload of junk food back then

My future goal(s) include law enforcement and/or military and they LOVE to run and I want to make sure running is not something I hate to do. From what a buddy in Spec Ops told me, if you learn to love PT then it's not really torture.

It sucks not building a lot of muscle and strength but I'm cool with building functional strength.
