Sarah Palin, using some of her strongest language to date to question the character of the Democratic presidential nominee, accused Barack Obama of "palling around with terrorists" Saturday at a closed fundraiser in Colorado.

She was referencing a front-page story in The New York Times that examined Obama's ties to Bill Ayers, a founder of the 1960s radical group The Weather Underground.

The group took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol four decades ago.

"Our opponent, though, is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect -- imperfect enough that he's palling around with terrorists who would target their own country," Palin said. "Americans need to know this. ... I think, okay we gotta get the word out. This is in fairness to the electorate we gotta start telling people what the other side represents."

Obama served on a charity board with Ayers in Chicago and has denounced his past activities.

You are right... As Obama said, "if your neighbors house is burning do you stop and ask yourself why it happened? Or do you put the fire out. There it is.  The worst thing Obama did in his life.  He didn't call his wife the C-word like Mccain did.  He didn't cheat on his crippled wife like mccain did.  He didn't abuse his state power like Palin did.  No, Obama served on a board with a guy who wasn't a good guy.  There it is.  And the fact that 4 weeks before the election, Palin isn't talking about what she'll do to fix America - instead she's just smearing away in the hopes of scaring people into settling for her - shows how pathetic republicans (my lifelong party) really are at this point.
