Mass quest, I say take a break, don't workout maybe for a month or something, if you want lower the dosage to 250 or keep it at 500mg a week, come November 1st or something start your workouts back up with more intensity and focus for your photo shoot and use the extra gear around to up it to 750 or a gram a week.
