Need a good stack

Hey guys,
              I am currently taking Axis-HT, whey protein, vitamin C, multi vitamin, & b12...what could I add for a good stack?

well "stack" is usually referring to a combination of steroids not supplements..

fish oil would be good.

Try this dude...guilt free stack!

2 Cups of Egg Whites and 1 cup of oats blended. Make thin pancakes/crepes out of it. Top with natty peanut butter or fruits. Delicious and nutritious!

Ok..maybe stack was the wrong terminology. What is a good combination of supplements that will give me the biggest pump and muscle growth (besides pancakes  ;D)?

gay, just eat some fuccking pancakes, i love when someone posts a picture of something like a cheeseburger and you "health conscious" clowns come back and say, "why don't you try this, get some 100% fat free ion exchanged, triple filtered cold processed whey protein and cook it into patties and then get some fat free skim milk cheese and make whey burgers". ::)

maybe they are diting.. when im dieting il do crazy shit like that sometimes.. butother wise i agree .. eat a big juicy normal burger !

It is, i am. Im saying your in bad shape, not hating you would even admit you are. Perhaps better then the average american but your not in good shape. If you think you are you're delusional. I agree with you that people make this shit to complicated sometimes, however knowledge does help in nutrition.

so you do realize that you're not in shape in these pictures then? I cant see any mucle in your arms there, no insertions etc.. you look like a big dude, perhaps you should diet down. I honestly dont care about this discussion, you are in bad shape, but a big dude. Some people stay leaner and small some are big boned :D
