the truth is Bob is a pussy and had me taken out of the building.  I did not even get to go back in later to support my friends who were competing.  
My disappearance after this was due to medical complications that I have had and only recently have been well enough to return to work.  My triglycerides were at 4300 and I nearly died.  I was put in a medically induced coma for 4 days during the worst of what happened.

Thanks to the treatments and medications, my triglycerides are back down under 200 now.  I have some nerve damage in my hands, but that's about it.

Bob got pwned by a slap in the face back in the 80's that knocked him out and left enough of an impression that people remember it 20 years later....and as it's clearly obvious he's still a little embarassed about it.
