what did u eat today?

Since I posted this on the main board. Ill start a thread over here about it for all the positive boarders

Heres what I ate today

Food I ate today:

1. 10 oz sirloin with oatmeal w/raisins
2. 7 oz salmon with rice and black beans
3. Protein shake with 1/2 cup almonds
4. 12 oz steak with avocado and cucumber salad covered with evoo
5. Same as meal 3
6. 1 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 packet of sugar free pudding mixed in it.


What did u eat??? ;D

woke up had an apple, three oatmeals packets with three scoops whey and fat free netsles quick chocalte flavor

later on had another apple and protein shake and two fat free yplait yogurts

later on hada bunch of beef mixed with chili mixed with rice rolle up into tortillas

later i had some el pollo loco chicken and rice

dinner i had a triple stack burger large frie water and chicken nugget from windys and just now i had two yogurts a box of cookies and a few scoops whey ins some nestle quick

A "Super tasty mega noodle snack" and can of tuna
Mini cheese kranskys on mini breadrolls
A bowl of chilli con carne
Some peanut butter
Pizza soon

i would like to clarify that the bolded section was only seperated by about 10 minute drive from a homies house to my house..  ;D

1. Muesli Cereal with low fat milk, 12 oz. 100% Grapefruit juice and some grapes.
2. Post work out - Mongolian grill stir fry with beef, chicken, pork, onions and bell peppers.
3. About 12 oz. of steak (now)
4. 12 oz. of steak (in about 3 or 4 more hours)

2.6 egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 slices ww bread
3.Chicken w/ ww pasta w/EVOO on it and broccoli
4.ON Casein protein w/tbs of low fat peanut butter
5.New York Strip and spinach salad w/EVOO and alittle Vinegar
6.ON Casein Protein

Lite eating day for me.

woke up...
protein shake plus an energy drink...

drank soem aminos and carbs during workout..

post workout 100 maltodex 60g whey iso mixed in fat free chocolate milk (made by 'skinny cow' LOL)

couple hours later had half a container of lasagna and a protein shake

bout a half hour ago i had two tacos one jumbo jack and 4 chicken sandwhiches ..actually i just put the 4 chicken pattys onto one bun and i barely finished them.. so full.. lol..

10-13-08:

1. 4 whole eggs w/2 whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal with pineapple and raisans.
2. PWO drink 30g waxy maize with amino's, creatine, beta alanine
3. 45 minutes later 3 Blueberry Pancakes with 2 large hamburger patties
4. 1 cup cottage cheese with sugar free jello mix
5. Sirloin Steak with a shitload of broccoli
6. 10 oz ground sirloin with 1 small avocado salad.
7. 4 eggs with cheese and 3 slices turkey bacon.

Lots of red meat and eggs today :)

2. 2 beef patties and a salad, 3 fish oil tabs
3. whey shake and small can tuna (pre workout)

5. meat balls and veggies, 1tbs peanut butter, 2 fish oil tabs
6. casein shake, little bit of chicken, 1tbs peanut butter, 2 fish oil tabs.

each meal is 50g protein. Less than 50g carbs per day. Fats consumption is moderate.

hey if that was my diet...i would move those fats from meals 5 & 6 to meal 2 & 4...   probably insignificanbt but for me that would make more sense and seem to be a little bit more efficient of a diet..even though cals fats proteins carbs are not changing...

12 egg whites, 1.5 cup oats, apple
Pre workout- protein shake 50g whey isolate, bananna, strawberries, blueberries
Post workout- 50g isolate, 80g carb drink, 3 slices white bread with jelly
2 Bison burgers, 1.5 cup of brown rice (with chopped celery and onions), 1 orange
8oz chicken breast, asparugus, 4 slices of Ezikiel bread
2 Tilapia fillets, .5 cup brown rice, steamed brocoli
4 omega-3 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 scoop of natural almond butter

Haha, well some of these guys seem to diet pretty hard, honestly I love all the food that I eat, I've never really been into "junk food" all that much, cheating for me consists foods higher in saturated fat (burgers, whole eggs, italian lunch meat,) and high starchy carbs (pasta, italian breads, fries "Arby's curly fries rule, and cereal "probably my favorite food"). But I know what you mean when you say "live damnit live"

The ones who post in here are the ones who are dieting for something so they revel in their sacrifices(minor ones). You won't find someone posting their 3 meals a day of a shake, maccas and enchiladas for dinner.  Its not exactly an accurate representation of  the getbigger's patterns of eating.

or.... the people who are trying to get the most out of their cycle  ;D

6 egg whites

1 pound talapia fish-1 low fat cottage cheese container

6 whole eggs-1 cup white rice

off-season just like to eat a little clean I guess.

They assimilate nicely in the stomach, I personally don't like the smell and texture.

The reason why I like eggs so much is that I can eat them as quick as possible and get some good protein.  I can eat 8-10 egg whites in around ten minutes and get out the door and then eat what ever I want.  Its hard to smash down steaks and chicken all the time, at-least for me.  I diet on mostly chicken and steak for shows so I stay away form it at this time.  Who knows I guess.  I do eat around 30 whites a day though.  I like the lower fat protein in the off-season because I know at the end of the day I'm gonna have a burger and fries.  Maybe this is a good idea maybe not its just what I do, lol.....

one can 99% fat free chili with three scoops of rice and 4 chicken breast tenders mixed in. eaten on hot dog buns. (total of five hot dog buns to eat the whol meal)

whey + skim milk

*workout*

whey + maltodextrin

one can chili + 4 turkey burger pattys + few scoops of rice eaten on hamburger buns (total of three full hambuger buns (6 buns total) to eat entire meal) + two fat free yogurts with whey iso mixed in

the day is still young..

approx totals for those

# 1 = 30 g carbs 50 g protein

# 2 = 120 g protein 175-225 g carb 10g fat

#3 = 30 g carb 50 g protein

#4 = 100 g carb 70 g protein

# 5 = 150 g protein + 200-250 g carb + 10 g fat


looks like 440 g protein 600 g carb 20 g fat so far..but im still gonna eat at least two times

lol i stop smoking weed and my appetite goes through the roof
