Don't think that's the whole picture...Sounds like a  cop out to me... I bet his heart problems had more to do with excess in other areas than eating steak...pros always blame their health issues on everthing else but...

Today I ate ;D

Meal 1: 4 whole eggs with 3 whites and 2 english muffins.
Meal 2: Beef with kidney and black beans over a small bed of rice.
Meal 3: 2 scoops protein with 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
Meal 4: Large New York Steak with a good portion of broccoli.
Meal 5: Still to come..........

4 whole eggs and chicken (omlette)

2 beef patties and veggies

shake and small can of tuna (pre workout)

same as above (post workout)

200g pepper steak (yummy) and salad

1 more meal to go before bed...

So Far: nothing... but lunch is coming up. Probably hit the sushi place here in Rancho Bernardo.

Fried Shrimp Heads, Uni (sea urchin) shooters, oysters on half shells and plenty of sashimi and temaki ;D

Also large Sake and maybe a beer... I've been good this week :)

Today I ate

Meal 1: Protein Shake and 1/2 cup oatmeal w/rasisins ( mmmm good ;D )
Meal 2: Ground beef with rice, beans and cheese ( pretty much a homemade chilli )
Meal 3: 3 med hamburger patties with cheese and a cup of broccoli.
Meal 4: Large New York Steak with plate of broccolli.
Meal 5: A plate of boneless chicken thighs.

Thats it! Pretty simple and lots of red meat :)

Protein shake
Two slices of wholegrain bread sandwich
Banana

Mid Morning Snack
Protein shake
Flapjack bar

Lunch
8oz turkey breast

Mid afternoon
8oz Chicken and and brown rice
Protein Shake

Dinner
8oz lamb shank
Potatoes

Evening
Protein shake mixed with 500ml milk

3 whole eggs 5 egg whites, 2 slices ww toast dry,banana w/tbps peanut butter
Turkey sandwich on ww w/mustard sm bag of doritos 8)
2 cups cottage cheese,apple
ww pasta w/meatballs, peas
ON casein protein

Pretty good considering i've been sick all weekend! >:(

Meal 2 - Can of V8 & bag of Cashews
Meal 3 - Wild Rice, Ground Beef, & Black Beans
(while training 10 grams of Taurine & 5 grams of Lucine)
Meal 4 - 32 ounce Kefir Smoothie (too lazy to cook after training)
Meal 5 - Protein Shake before bed

...damn looking at that it's really not that much is it?

3 omega eggs and 1 cup egg whites...3/4 cup grits
50g whey isolate 1 cup frozen berries w/ 3/4 cup slow cook oats and 1tbsp macademnia nut oil
9 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice pasta w/ sauce and a garden salad w/ walnuts on it
then i worked out
scoop and half of waxy maize w/ aminos and then 50g whey isolate 20 mins after
8 oz grilled salmon w/ 1 cup white rice and veggies
50g whey isolate and 2tbsp almond butter

Off season now (trying to keep it tidy but interesting with vairiety of foods, so far so good, best off season shape I've been)..couple controlled cheat meals on the weekends only

This be a average gym day ...off days I don't have the vitargo shakes.

MEAL 1
3 scoops Whey Isolate, 10g L glutamine,3g Creatine (vit c, B12 , E, beta carotene)
1 banana, 3 dried figs, 3 dried dates
Tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup skim milk
½ cup oats
3g CLA
3g Fish Oil

MEAL 2
MRP
Peach
10g L glutamine

MEAL 3
½ cup oats,tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup cashews
2 scoops whey
Animal pack.

Meal 4
100g can tuna
½ cup cooked wild rice
2 cups mixed veg stir fry (used coconut oil)
1/3 cup mixed seeds nuts (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, brazil, mac.nuts etc.)

hr. before workout dbl. espresso or thermogenic caps.

Pre/during workout
30g vitargo
1 scoop whey isolate

Post workout
40g vitargo
1 scoop whey isolate
15g L glutamine
3g creatine

Meal 5
150g chicken
½ cup cooked wild rice
2 cups mixed veg stir fry (used coconut oil)
