Off season now (trying to keep it tidy but interesting with vairiety of foods, so far so good, best off season shape I've been)..couple controlled cheat meals on the weekends only
This be a average gym day ...off days I don't have the vitargo shakes.
MEAL 1
3 scoops Whey Isolate, 10g L glutamine,3g Creatine (vit c, B12 , E, beta carotene)
1 banana, 3 dried figs, 3 dried dates
Tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup skim milk
½ cup oats
3g CLA
3g Fish Oil
MEAL 2
MRP
Peach
10g L glutamine
MEAL 3
½ cup oats,tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup cashews
2 scoops whey
Animal pack.
Meal 4
100g can tuna
½ cup cooked wild rice
2 cups mixed veg stir fry (used coconut oil)
1/3 cup mixed seeds nuts (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, brazil, mac.nuts etc.)
hr. before workout dbl. espresso or thermogenic caps.
Pre/during workout
30g vitargo
1 scoop whey isolate
Post workout
40g vitargo
1 scoop whey isolate
15g L glutamine
3g creatine
Meal 5
150g chicken
½ cup cooked wild rice
2 cups mixed veg stir fry (used coconut oil)
1/3 cup mixed seeds nuts (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, brazil, mac.nuts etc.)
Meal 6
Tbls Natural Peanut butter
2 scoops protein blend
(vit c, B12 , E, beta carotene)
3g CLA
3g Fish Oil
