how is paco .. still doing super light weight high rep type training? how much does he use on bench press, squat, and dead lift ?
He trains with: Bench press max set with 190kg X 6 reps.
He dont do squat every time.But, I saw always below 180kg(4plates). His max is 300kgX6reps. But he did it only once in his life in Golds venice.
I still havent seen him doing dead lift. But he says he is a big believer of dead lift.
He has a plan to be 135kg in this winter. But the guy is fragil. I hope he dont get injured...
