I have been to Florida twice, and i have some people i know in San Diego, so i hope i can go there some time as well. Probably would like to make a 4 day stop over in NY.

But, besides post-whoring he contributes nothing, no training tips from the great sevastase nor nutrition infos, despite the FACT that he's a successful PT in Romania.

I have never seen a WO schedule from him and only one diet plan, which was really bad. All fruit juice and salad, no protein at all.

with aas and fatburners etc it's a whole diff ballgame

2 hours of cardio is a lot specially if there no carbs (or small amount) in your system. That screams "catabolic" for most people. Well, I guess that moderate volume and light weights preserved a bit o glycogen there. I agree though that getting under 7-8% is almost impossible without burners. At least, for the vast majority.

I did not care for muscle mass at all....was not on my list

I wanted tolook like ...maybe fitness models do ...like a beach look

I had to diet and train acordingly as without aas and t3/fatburners you cannot train as intense, as much and you don't burn fat as efficient

I wanted to see how the body responds naturally ...and let me tell you ...it's a bitch

naturally your body will fight every inch of the way to stay BALANCED ...

Achieving that "look" means being imballanced 24/7

so that's why it's so difficult to do this bodybuilding thing

and that's why naturally you body plateaus so quick ...

we are not designed to body build

in order to do so weneed to ingest/take hormones, AAS etc to build/maintain muscle and burn fat.

That's why body building is such an optical illusion and it lasts for as long as you do what's necessary to maintain that look.

How long did you maintain that condition. From the pics you posted, i get the impression that you are the bulk/cut type. you show a different composition in every pic set.

What kind of training / supps / food is the best in your opinion?

Oh and yes, training natural IS a bitch.

That I agree 100%. I've only been training for two years now and seriously for a little more than one year. I started at 145 pounds and at first my body reacted extremely well to the extra food and the training. It took me a year and a half to reach 175 pounds without hormones. But I plateaud there and I didn't feel that good with all that extra weight in such a short time so I decided to diet down. Also to know what it was like to do so and shed the extra fat that was there of course. My training was not that far from yours but less cardio, more volume wad trying to maintain (relatively speaking) the weights. I did that for twelve weeks and at first the results were great. lost a lot of fat, maintained the muscle. bu then again, after 8 weeks, it became much harder and I started losing muscle mass also and the fat was holding so to say. I still have to figure out exactly how my body responds to nutrition and training. But I'm certainly not ready too much weight in such a short time like I first did and I actually don't think my body at this point could metabolize the way it did when I started training and eating more.

I maintained that condition for 2 weeks ...once I got there ...

training is best IMO with light /moderate weights and medium high volume depending on whether you juice or not ...

when clean, I train light and take plenty of time to recover , eat less, etc

when on juice , it's a diff ball game

no supps whatsoever as I consider them useless and totally unnecesarry

food ?

depending on what you want to achieve ...bulk, cut maintain etc

I try  myself to eat healthy and I advise my clients to eat healthy first and that comes from the quality of the ingredients ...( I tell them where to buy stuff from, what brand, what market )

My hobby has been cooking for more than 10 years ..

I constantly challenge myself to come up with new recipes that are healthy and also good for body building or loosing fat (which is what I specialize in )

I absolutely love to cook and you gave me a good ideea : I'll post on getbig pics and recipes for bodybuilding food

the recipes are a good idea!!

I slightly disagree on the supplement issue though, I made a lot of improvements strengthwise and recoverywise with taking BCAA, creatine and beta-alanine.

Some good whey is obligatory as well.
